Day 41 - The guy who picked up a soda

Today was the viewer of a simple but very helpful act of kindness. The vending machine restocked was wheeling his items in when the top part toppled over and there went several soda bottles. Now I feel bad because I witnessed and did not help. However, there was a young man who was leaving the area and stopped at the door to pick up said fallen items. It was just the type of act that makes me smile. How many times do we see someone with their hands full and we pass on by or a person trying to open the door while they are on crutches? It's time we start helping. It's time we stop thinking someone else will do it and start thinking, "what can I do to help?"
